Nicole R. Moshang is a partner at Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox, LLP. Nicole focuses her practice on environmental litigation in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey courts where she represents clients in cost recovery actions, toxic tort claims, enforcement actions, citizen suits, class actions, insurance matters and contract claims. She is a member of the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations. Nicole received her Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law and her B.B.A. in Business Management from Ancell School of Business at Western Connecticut State University.

Ms. Freeman has over 6 years of experience in environmental resource management including wetland delineations, permitting, environmental impact assessments, soil identification and testing, and ecological risk assessments. She is responsible for the management and oversight of numerous remediation projects. Ms. Freeman is a NJDEP Subsurface Evaluator, certified wetland delineator, ASTM Environmental Professional (EP). She received her B.S. in Environmental Science and M.S. in Geography from the University of Delaware. Ms. Freeman has been a member of SWEP since 2006 and currently serves as the Membership Chair.

Beth Hyde is the Director of Marketing for Roux Associates. She has 18 years of experience, over 10 of which are devoted to marketing environmental services. Additionally, Beth has experience in the fields of environmental consulting and remediation, including a strong background in regulatory issues, community relations, and public outreach programs. Previously, Ms. Hyde was Assistant Community Relations Manager in NJ for Superfund. As such, she drafted original site descriptions and fact sheets for public consumption and acted as legislative liaison.

Deborah L. Shuff is an experienced environmental and pharmaceutical litigator and regulatory lawyer in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Deb is Special Counsel with Saul Ewing LLP in its Project and Resource Development Department. She has conducted trials in state and federal courts, argued before the New Jersey Appellate Division, mediated a case in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and favorably settled numerous cases. She represents clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to closely held businesses and municipalities in the areas of products liability, pharmaceutical litigation, environmental litigation, environmental regulatory compliance, toxic tort litigation, and energy project management. Deb was named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer "Rising Star" in 2011. Over the course of her career, Deb has represented both Battered Women of New Jersey and victims of 9/11 for Trial Lawyers Care, Inc. Active in the legal community, Deb is a member of the ABA, the New Jersey State Bar Association, and the Philadelphia Bar Association. She is an Executive Committee member of the Justice Stewart G. Pollock American Inn of Court. Deb earned her J.D., cum laude, from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University in 2002 where she was Articles Editor of the Dickinson Law Review and became a member of the Woolsack Honor Society. Deb received her B.A., cum laude, in 1997 from the Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania where she became a member of the Alpha Kappa Delta National Honor Society and Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity. Prior to joining Saul Ewing LLP, Deb was an associate at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP.

Jeanne J. Dworetzky's is the Executive Director of Pennsylvania Economic Deveopment Association. Her law practice has focused on complex environmental litigation and transactions, as well as counseling corporate, non-profit and municipal clients on environmental compliance and governmental affairs issues. Her experience includes conventional Superfund and natural resource damages matters, brownfields redevelopment matters, ISRA and Spill Act matters and development of environmental legislation. She is a founding member and past Co-Chair (1995-98) of SWEP of Greater Philadelphia.

Brenda Hustis Gotanda is a partner with Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox, LLP, an environmental law firm. Brenda counsels clients on environmental, health and safety, and land use issues and also provides representation in regulatory, transactional, and enforcement matters. Her practice includes matters addressing water quality and allocation, solid and hazardous waste, air emissions, permitting, asbestos, OSHA issues, site remediation, brownfields redevelopment, compliance auditing, and regulatory reinvention initiatives such as EPA's Project XL. She is a founding member and past Co-Chair of SWEP of Greater Philadelphia and is the recipient of SWEP's 2001 Touchstone Award.

Sarah Hetznecker has 20 years of experience in the environmental field. She has worked on all aspects of environmental projects including remedial investigations, remediation; and environmental management and compliance issues. She is currently President of Mesa Environmental Sciences, Inc. a WBE specializing in environmental and energy consulting. Mesa Environmental Sciences is certified by the Sustainable Development Fund as PV installers and participate in the EPA Energy Star program as providers. Ms. Hetznecker is a founding board member of SWEP and served on the board for 6 years. She currently sits on the board of the Schuylkill Center for Environmental Education.

Ms. Kole is active in representing clients in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey for brownfields redevelopment projects, cleanups, cost recovery actions and agency negotiations on cleanups and enforcement.

Sherrerd Steele has 17 years of experience, with the last six years focusing on property evaluations, property transfers, merger/divestitures, and environmental site assessments.

Elaine Feldman is an Environmental Engineer for Fisker Automotive, Inc. in Wilmington Delaware. She is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Pennsylvania and a LEED AP with 3 decades of experience developing and implementing multimedia environmental and energy programs, including running physical processes such as WWTPs and Power Plants in heavy industry for large multinational corporations in hands-on and corporate oversight positions. Throughout this time, beyond compliance, she has pioneered numerous resource conservation programs that yielded substantive reductions in operations environmental footprint and costs. She has been active in the Business Sustainability community, has developed and taught university level course in environmental sustainability and has been an invited presenter at professional meetings and graduate level courses. Currently she consults for companies on environmental and sustainability programs and projects and had been the project manager, implementing the first Trap Grease to Biodiesel plant for BlackGold Biofuels, at San Francisco’s Oceanside WWTP. She earned a B.S in Environmental Resources Management, a B.S. in Biology, a certificate in Marine Science and a Masters in Environmental Pollution Control from Pennsylvania State University.

Christina Arlt is a Planner at the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC), where she has experience working on Environmental Resource Inventories, Farmland Preservation Plans, Open Space & Recreation Plans, Transit Oriented Development plans, and waterfront plans. Prior to working at DVRPC, she worked in the Planning & Zoning Office for a municipality in Bucks County, and spent a year as a Fulbright Teaching Assistant in Hamburg, Germany. She obtained her Masters in City Planning with a focus on Land Use & Environmental Planning from the University of Pennsylvania, where she also obtained a Certificate in GIS and Spatial Analysis. Her undergraduate degree is in Urban & Environmental Studies from Franklin & Marshall College. Christina was the recipient of SWEP's 2008 Graduate Scholarship and has been a SWEP member ever since. She serves on the Scholarship Committee and the Programs Committee.

Ms. Waldron is an attorney with Langsam Steven & Silver, LLP. She concentrates her practice on environmental law and litigation, advising clients in state and federal enforcement actions and regulatory compliance and permitting matters related to CERCLA, air and water quality, underground storage tanks, brownfields and toxic substances, and in evaluating environmental liabilities in connection with business transactions. She also litigates environmental matters and counsels clients on corporate governance disputes and securities litigation in federal and state courts. She is a member of the Delaware Valley Environmental American Inn of Court. Joanna is a 1999 graduate of the University of Virginia Law School, where she was Articles Editor of the Virginia Environmental Law Journal. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mineral Economics from Penn State University.

Ms. Pack is experienced in air quality dispersion modeling, environmental permitting and compliance, and ambient air and meteorological monitoring projects. At IES Engineers, Ms. Pack serves as Senior Project Scientist in the Environmental, Health, and Safety Division to support clients in a variety of industries. Previously, Ms. Pack worked at the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection as an Air Quality intern and at other local environmental consulting firms. Ms. Pack holds a Bachelor of Science in Meteorology with a concentration in Air Quality from The Pennsylvania State University. Ms. Pack has been a member of SWEP since 2007 and currently serves as the Co-Chair of the Programs Committee.

Sonya Ward is a Senior Project Manager in H2M architects + engineers’ Parsippany, NJ environmental group. She is responsible for the management of soil, vapor, and groundwater investigations, site remediation and mitigation, environmental compliance and due diligence, and business development. She develops innovative solutions to environmental challenges and serves as client and regulatory liaison. Ms. Ward has extensive experience in the environmental investigation and remediation of brownfield and MGP sites, and other industrial and commercial properties. Sonya has been a member of SWEP since 1996 and also serves as the Chairperson of the National SWEP chapter.

Ms. Powley has 6 years of project experience with Pennsylvania Act 2 and underground storage tank (UST) Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments, UST investigations/removal in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, New Jersey brownfields, New Jersey Industrial Site Recovery Act (ISRA), and Pennsylvania and New Jersey indoor vapor intrusion investigations. As a Geoscientist, Angela primary manages environmental site investigations and remediation projects as well as the implementation of field work associated with those projects. Ms. Powley is responsible for managing projects, including tasks such as proposals and budgets, development and implementation of work plans, assessment of field and laboratory data, regulatory reporting, client and regulatory interaction, and budget tracking and invoicing. Ms. Powley received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology/Environmental Science from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania in 2003 and a Master of Science Degree in Environmental Health and Engineering from Gannon University in 2005.
