Nicole R. Moshang is a partner at Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox, LLP. Nicole focuses her practice on environmental litigation in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey courts where she represents clients in cost recovery actions, toxic tort claims, enforcement actions, citizen suits, class actions, insurance matters and contract claims. She is a member of the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations. Nicole received her Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law and her B.B.A. in Business Management from Ancell School of Business at Western Connecticut State University.

Kathy is a human health Risk Assessor specializing in data analysis, exposure pathway analysis and elimination, vapor intrusion, risk characterization, and risk communication. Kathy has been performing risk assessments for over 14 years under various regulatory programs including Superfund, RCRA, and numerous state-led brownfield programs, especially Pennsylvania's Act 2. Her risk assessments have included a wide variety of receptors, media of concern, exposure routes, and chemical classes. In addition to risk assessments, Kathy also performs Phase I Environmental Site Assessments as a qualified environmental professional according to US EPA AAI regulations. Kathy received her BS in Comprehensive Science from Villanova University and her MS Degree in Environmental Pollution Control from Penn State University. Kathy has also earned her LEED AP designation and assists clients in incorporating sustainability practices into their business models. Kathy currently serves on the PADEP Cleanup Standards Scientific Advisory Board, the editorial board of the SETAC journal Integrated Environmental Assessment and Management, and is a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Environmental Professionals and the Delaware Valley Green Building Council.

Amy Donohue-Babiak is an attorney whose practice focuses on environmental, toxic tort and product liability matters. In the environmental area, Amy assists clients in litigation and administrative proceedings, in developing scientific/technical defenses and cost-saving remediation strategies and negotiating their implementation with government regulators, and in achieving successful resolutions of environmental insurance claims. She also counsels clients on public participation requirements and the public relations aspects of environmental cleanup work and/or litigation, and on developing and implementing voluntary remediation programs. In the toxic tort and product liability area, Amy has represented clients defending asbestos, silica and DES litigation on a national scale. She has served clients in the chemical, pharmaceutical, building, utility, industrial products, consumer products, and aerospace and defense industries. Deborah L. Shuff is an attorney who has been practicing with Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP since 2002 in the fields of environmental law and toxic torts and is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Deb has handled a variety of Federal, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania actions involving various environmental issues including groundwater contamination, soil contamination, natural resource damages, and landfill issues. Notably, Deb successfully opposed class certification in an alleged contaminated drinking water case in which the contaminants of concern were TCE, PCE, and mercury, the proposed class was approximately 80,000 individuals, and the requested remedy was medical monitoring calculated at more than one billion dollars. Deb is currently a member of the American Bar Association (Women Rainmakers Committee in the Law Practice Management Section), the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Philadelphia Bar Association, and the New Jersey Women Lawyers Association. An active member of the Society of Women Environmental Professionals, Greater Philadelphia Area and New Jersey Chapters since 2005, Deb serves on the Greater Philadelphia Area Chapter's newsletter and Touchstone Awards committees.

Elaine Feldman is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Pennsylvania and a LEED AP with 3 decades of experience developing and implementing multimedia environmental and energy programs, including running physical processes such as WWTPs and Power Plants in heavy industry for large multinational corporations in hands-on and corporate oversight positions. Throughout this time, beyond compliance, she has pioneered numerous resource conservation programs that yielded substantive reductions in operations environmental footprint and costs. She has been active in the Business Sustainability community, has developed and taught university level course in environmental sustainability and has been an invited presenter at professional meetings and graduate level courses. Currently she consults for companies on environmental and sustainability programs and projects and had been the project manager, implementing the first Trap Grease to Biodiesel plant for BlackGold Biofuels, at San Francisco’s Oceanside WWTP. She earned a B.S in Environmental Resources Management, a B.S. in Biology, a certificate in Marine Science and a Masters in Environmental Pollution Control from Pennsylvania State University.

Cara Fox is a Project Manager at All4 Inc. an air quality environmental consulting firm located in Kimberton, PA. Cara’s unique background allows her to support industrial clients with development and negotiation of complex air permits and to facilitate compliance. She also serves as ALL4’s Technical Staff Manager and previously led the company’s Climate Change Initiative team. Before joining ALL4 Cara spent eight of her professional years as an engineer and air quality specialist with two major refiners and a major chemical company. During her tenure in the refining and chemical industry, Ms. Fox held roles as a process engineer, business analyst, and environmental engineer. Cara received her Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota in 1998. She has been a member of SWEP since 2005 and is currently serving on the Scholarship Committee.

Ms. Freeman has over 6 years of experience in environmental resource management including wetland delineations, permitting, environmental impact assessments, soil identification and testing, and ecological risk assessments. She is responsible for the management and oversight of numerous remediation projects. Ms. Freeman is a NJDEP Subsurface Evaluator, certified wetland delineator, ASTM Environmental Professional (EP). She received her B.S. in Environmental Science and M.S. in Geography from the University of Delaware. Ms. Freeman has been a member of SWEP since 2006 and currently serves as the Membership Chair.

Beth Hyde is the Director of Marketing for Roux Associates. She has 18 years of experience, over 10 of which are devoted to marketing environmental services. Additionally, Beth has experience in the fields of environmental consulting and remediation, including a strong background in regulatory issues, community relations, and public outreach programs. Previously, Ms. Hyde was Assistant Community Relations Manager in NJ for Superfund. As such, she drafted original site descriptions and fact sheets for public consumption and acted as legislative liaison.

Sonya Ward is part of AECOM Environment's Mid-Atlantic Integrated Site Closure Group. She is responsible for the management of soil and groundwater investigations, environmental compliance and due diligence, site remediation, vapor intrusion investigation and mitigation, and business development. She develops innovative solutions to environmental challenges and serves as client and regulatory liaison. Ms. Ward has extensive experience in the environmental investigation and remediation of brownfield sites, MGP sites, and other industrial and commercial properties. She is also involved in permit and plan preparation, risk assessment, feasibility studies, groundwater modeling, and remediation and postremediation plans. Sonya has been a member of SWEP since 1996 and also serves as the Chairperson of the National SWEP chapter.

Jeanne J. Dworetzky's is the Executive Director of Pennsylvania Economic Deveopment Association. Her law practice has focused on complex environmental litigation and transactions, as well as counseling corporate, non-profit and municipal clients on environmental compliance and governmental affairs issues. Her experience includes conventional Superfund and natural resource damages matters, brownfields redevelopment matters, ISRA and Spill Act matters and development of environmental legislation. She is a founding member and past Co-Chair (1995-98) of SWEP of Greater Philadelphia.

Brenda Hustis Gotanda is a partner with Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox, LLP, an environmental law firm. Brenda counsels clients on environmental, health and safety, and land use issues and also provides representation in regulatory, transactional, and enforcement matters. Her practice includes matters addressing water quality and allocation, solid and hazardous waste, air emissions, permitting, asbestos, OSHA issues, site remediation, brownfields redevelopment, compliance auditing, and regulatory reinvention initiatives such as EPA's Project XL. She is a founding member and past Co-Chair of SWEP of Greater Philadelphia and is the recipient of SWEP's 2001 Touchstone Award.

Sarah Hetznecker has 20 years of experience in the environmental field. She has worked on all aspects of environmental projects including remedial investigations, remediation; and environmental management and compliance issues. She is currently President of Mesa Environmental Sciences, Inc. a WBE specializing in environmental and energy consulting. Mesa Environmental Sciences is certified by the Sustainable Development Fund as PV installers and participate in the EPA Energy Star program as providers. Ms. Hetznecker is a founding board member of SWEP and served on the board for 6 years. She currently sits on the board of the Schuylkill Center for Environmental Education.

Ms. Kole is active in representing clients in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey for brownfields redevelopment projects, cleanups, cost recovery actions and agency negotiations on cleanups and enforcement.
