On March 26, 2013, 50 environmental professionals joined SWEP of Greater Philadelphia at the Philadelphia Bar Association offices for a technical program focused on the January and March 2013 changes to New Jersey’s Vapor Intrusion Technical Guidance (VITG), version 3. In addition to changes to the VITG, the presentations also covered practical aspects of application of the VITG, and a discussion of real-life scenarios and some of the legal implications and cases currently facing the regulated community.

It was a Brilliant! idea which turned into a fabulous evening; and we have Beth Hyde, SWEP President, who it dreamed it up and Joanna Waldron, SWEP Board Member, who made it into reality, to thank for it.
