Job Title: Environmental Attorney
The City of Wilmington Law Department seeks an attorney for environmental law and related transactional work. Delaware admission preferred; possibility exists for successful candidate to apply for limited permission to practice pursuant to Delaware Supreme Court Rule 55. Excellent benefits package (including family medical and dental coverage, pension plan, CLE allowance, professional membership dues) with thirteen paid holidays in addition to vacation leave. City of Wilmington residency required within six months of employment.
