Society of Women Environmental Professionals (SWEP) Greater Philadelphia’s program committee works to facilitate networking opportunities, professional development, technical advancement and social engagements amongst its members and the local environmentally community. Through virtual lunch and lessons, seminars and webinars you are connected to opportunities from the comfort of your office chair. Those of you are looking for more interpersonal events, don’t worry, we have those too! Throughout the year the programs committee hosts a handful of in-person networking events, educational seminars, professional development and local community volunteering events. All events fall into one of two categories: Social Programs and Technical Programs.

For the year 2026, your Co-Chairs Lindsey Chadderdon and Kayla Waldrup are developing a calendar of events to expand your environmental network.
