ABOUT THE PROGRAM:
EPA’s Final Rule changed the standards for All Appropriate Inquiry. Come learn from the experts what those changes are about; CERCLA liability protections under the Rule, the rules impact on real estate transactions, and brownfield redevelopment.
Patricia Overmeyer, will walk us through the process EPA went through in its adoption and discuss CERCLA landowner liability defenses and other changes. Steve Santos, will walk us through the challenges with gathering risk management information, insuring accuracy while meeting faster and faster time frames. Sherrerd Steele, will talk about who is using the new rule, who is not and why and what it means to her practice. She has performed over 3,000 Phase I ESAs for every conceivable type of property.
