Patricia Overmeyer, will walk us through the process EPA went through in its adoption and discuss CERCLA landowner liability defenses and other changes.  Steve Santos, will walk us through the challenges with gathering risk management information, insuring accuracy while meeting faster and faster time frames.  Sherrerd Steele, will talk about who is using the new rule, who is not and why and what it means to her practice. She has performed over 3,000 Phase I ESAs for every conceivable type of property.

The program is designed for environmental and real estate professionals, transactional attorneys, due diligence consultants, environmental attorneys or anyone involved in redevelopment.
