Registration starts at 8:30am at Environmental Standards office, located at 1140 Valley Forge Road in Valley Forge, PA. Program begins at 9am and concludes by 11:30am, followed by a catered boxed lunch.

What happens with quality when your samples arrive at the laboratory? How are Data Quality Objectives monitored and assured? What are some typical pitfalls with laboratory analysis and how can they be avoided? Hear from a laboratory Technical Director with over 35 years of testing experience.
Harvest the Crop…and use your data
Now that the data is generated, how do you determine that it is usable? What are some data validation techniques for reviewing your data? Examine some data disasters and learn how to overcome them and avoid issues by listening to a senior-level Quality Assurance Officer.
