Join the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) for a Tour of the Philadelphia Water Department Samuel S. Baxter Water Treatment Plant.

Attendees will have a guided tour of the Samuel S. Baxter Water Treatment Plant. The tour through the plant will follow the treatment processes in a logical manner.
