The SWEP GP Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) Committee presents a conversation with Cliff on transracial adoptions.

Cliff will share his experience navigating the adoption journey, from reviewing fostering to adoption, domestic and foreign adoption to private versus public processes.  Cliff will walk through the steps and considerations he experienced while adopting. Closed vs Open, Transracial considerations and the knowledge he sought to support his daughter as she grew up.

Questions are encouraged as this is intended to be an interactive discussion. The realities of adoption are not something everyone experiences and the realities of each adoption are different.
