Summary:
Self-leadership begins with clarity of purpose. This reflective session will help participants process the values they identified before the session and identify concrete ways to apply them to their workplace. Participants will complete a confidential web-based form worksheet (to be sent in early January) by Wednesday, January 14, to identify their top five core values. Participants must complete the form before the session because doing so will:
-
Give them insight into their personal values
-
Allow the facilitator to analyze the anonymized data and reflect the full group’s top five values during the session.
Participants will think through and discuss how to integrate their personal values into their current work roles in breakouts. They will leave with a framework to evaluate opportunities and lead from a place of alignment.
