Beth has spent her career working in Environmental Awareness, Management, Water Resource Management, Environmental Policy, and Expert Witness areas of the industry and has served on multiple professional boards throughout her career.

Amanda is a Civil Engineer with Howell Engineering, Surveying and Environmental as well as the president of ePhase (a Howell company). She has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Messiah College with a concentration in environmental and has 10 years of experience in civil and environmental engineering work. As a Civil Project Manager, Amanda oversees the site plan preparation, design, and completion of land development projects. As the President of ePhase, Amanda performs Phase I Environmental Site Assessments throughout the PA, DE, NJ area.

Ammie Martin is an Associate Chemist and the Corporate Quality Assurance Manager at Environmental Standards, Inc. (a Montrose Company) out of their Valley Forge, PA office. Ms. Martin earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Georgia Southern University. She has over 20 years of diverse environmental laboratory and quality assurance experience. As an Associate Chemist, she manages several data validation projects; is responsible for the validation of organic, inorganic, and radiological analytical data; and audits laboratory facilities. As the Corporate Quality Assurance aManager, Ms. Martin oversees the company’s Learning Management System (LMS), prepares data validation standard operating procedures (SOPs), and develops internal training programs to train quality assurance chemists.

Jennifer Maciejewski Kugler

Jennifer is currently the Manager of Environmental Safety for Aramark Corporation in Philadelphia, PA.  Jennifer is a seasoned professional with 16 years of experience in the industry, including: environmental risk management and strategic development, Environmental Audit and Training program management, complex groundwater and soil remediation, and environmental compliance across many lines of business.  In her spare time, Jennifer serves on the Board of Directors of her local Rotary Club, maintains a garden with rare heirloom varieties of interesting fruits and vegetables (and always learning something new), and spends time with her family including two young kids with unlimited energy.Kristin Weiler has over 30 years of in-depth experience in environmental management and operations, including as a chemist, project manager, data validator, and business development manager. She is an active member and has held committee positions with SWEP of Greater Philadelphia, BCONE, and MAREP.

Laurel Klein is a Project Scientist at SLR Consulting where she specializes in Due Diligence Phase I & II ESAs including ground water sampling, soil sampling, and soil vapor intrusion assessments.  She holds a BS in Environmental Science from Stockton University, with a minor in chemistry.  Ms. Klein began her career following her graduation from Stockton in 2019.  She has been a member of SWEP since 2019. 

Valerie Coghlan

Clean Earth

Valerie Coghlan works at Clean Earth as Environmental Manager for the Soils and Dredge Division.  Her responsibilities include ensuring each of the Soils and Dredge facilities are operating in compliance with environmental permits and local, state, and federal regulations. Valerie is a Board of Director for SWEP and also serves as the Chair for the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee.  Additionally, Valerie has recently joined the Environmental Advisory Committee for Tinicum Township, where her, her husband Michael, and their Labradoodle Zoe recently purchased their first home in September 2023. In her free time, Valerie enjoys practicing yoga, cooking for friends and family, and curling up with a good book.
